Sony Does Everything Better than Nintendo, Even Acts Like a Dying Company Better
Name one thing Nintendo does better than Sony. That’s right, you can’t. Nintendo is in terrible shape right now but you wouldn’t think so if you compared them to Sony. Sony even behaves like a dying company better than Nintendo and Nintendo’s already dead.
With Sony cutting jobs, having high-ranking staff leave, and selling off their headquarters, you might think Sony is dying. Wrong, Sony is doing better than ever. They’re just showing Nintendo how to properly act like a dying company. I read article after article about how Nintendo is just utterly screwed yet I don’t see articles like Shigeru Miyamoto quits or Nintendo to sell off their headquarters. In fact, they just built another one for no good reason.
Sony has the best console, the best games, and the best virtual reality headset. But that’s not enough for this company. They want to beat Nintendo at things that Nintendo does not even realize is a competition. This is why Nintendo is failing so badly right now because they just can’t pick up on things. I can see the articles now. By the time Nintendo actually starts acting like a dying company, gaming journalists will chastise them for not behaving this way earlier.
The fact that Sony can do all these things just to prove that they are better at being a dying company is proof of how great things must be going over there. If this were happening at a different company like Microsoft, people would just be freaking out. Who knows what news might happen tomorrow that will show how much of a joke Nintendo is for not properly embodying the spirit of a dying company? Will Sony cancel Driveclub just to make a point?
Nintendo needs to step up their game. But I think they have realized that they can’t beat Sony. So they’re just going to sit there being Nintendo and not die. Doesn’t affect me in the slightest. In fact, this will let Sony stop this competition so they can rehire their employees and buy back their headquarters. I hope they do that soon because, man, you’d almost think Sony was in trouble.

I prefer games with intelligent story, where I feel like I’m doing something important! MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than “shoot guys spouting racial slurs, get laid to filthy sluts, walk around with more money than Bill Gates, and take over the city”. I prefer a deep and intelligent story where I start from humble beginnings, then I am thrust into a destiny that involves glory on the battlefield, living and dying by the sword, outsmarting clever bosses though intelligence and skill, and an epic final showdown with a final boss that takes me into a large scale open arena where it’s just me and the final boss man to man clashing blade to blade!
Nintendo has created games that are vastly superior to what Sony and Microsoft could have ever made.

You want to know an important fact? the Gamecube version of Soul Calibur 2 sold more than the PS2 and Xbox versions COMBINED, because Namco made use of Link who had more star power than Heihachi and Spawn combined!

Pokemon, it gets a new installment in the series, and a remake of a past gen, and it follows this pattern after Ruby and Sapphire came out. This is what keeps Pokemon feeling fresh and new, the new features, minigames, pokemon, types, shifts to the balance, TMs and HM changes, adding 50-150 new pokemon each new generation.
Comparing Pokemon to Call of Duty is like comparing a 20 ton gold ingot(Pokemon) to a rancid mold-covered bloody turd(CoD).
Remember, PSN was hacked into, and shut down, Sony has to keep up to strict codes for server security and they’re under the microscope with the Japanese government now thanks to Sony’s neglect.
Nintendo actually kicked out hackers who tried to sneak into their secure servers almost instantly(Though it could be classified as instantly if you don’t read the actual time table) and kept account information safe and secure from the hackers.

A short game with a first run Fullmetal Alchemist anime ending, and people HATED IT, because the lead developer wanted to have Lightning as his waifu… “classy” does not define someone that bad…

Here are some facts.
Of the 3, Nintendo introduced force feedback first on the N64 with the Rumble pack, which was made, developed, patented, and released long before sony even got the idea to STEAL the dual shock rumble tech from a medical massage device manufacturer(Sony got sued btw, and Sony settled out of court during the PS2 timeline, resulting in the loss of dual shock support on PS2 and early PS3 games until Sony agreed to pay the royalties).
Nintendo introduced the multitap with the NES, and built-in 4 player play on the N64. Sony used the multitap on the PS, and Xbox used built in multiplayer ports with the first xbox. sony and Microsoft adding 4+ player play AFTER Nintendo had already done it!
Nintendo was he first of the 3 to introduce the controller pack slot for N64 controller use, which was then later copied by Microsoft’s Xbox.
Nintendo was the first of the 2 Japanese companies to combine the handheld and console functions to compatibility, using the Super Gameboy peripheral for the Super Nintendo, the Transfer pack for the N64(working with certain games), the Gameboy Advance + Gamecube and the funtionality of the Wii + DS, and 3DS + Wii U. Sony started combining the PSP and Vita with the PS3 which did terribly.
Nintendo was the first major console developer to make a stand alone portable gaming device that used cartridges. Though Sony went and invented the UMD drive for the PSP, the UMD was a format destined to fail like the Betamax, but the UMD devoured battery life so quickly the PSP was doomed to fail anyways. the Vita was doomed to fail anyways.

I am not saying that the ps doesn’t have any good games or that but lets be honest without nintendo you probably wouldn’t even know what sony is (1. the ps1 was made from the colaboration between sony and nintendo to make a cd add-on for the snes, 2. Nintendo saved the video game crash of 1983(which does not mean another comapny couldn’t have done the same)).
I just don’t undestand why sony fanboys hate nintendo so much. Sry but most people that have a ps3 have it to play fifa or shooters, and if you want to play the games only for graphics play them on a pc.
The ps4 so far offers mostly shooters which in my personal opinon are the lamest genre of video games(althought there are some good shooters like Bioshock). I am not saying that nintendo is the best company in the world but they have some pretty good exclusive titles like the Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Super smash bros and many others.
